Stack Name Clarification

The actual name of the project repository on Launchpad is csiro-asl-ros-pkg but the released stack name is csiro_asl_utils. Due to some interaction issues between bzr/launchpad, the wiki indexer, and some legacy ASL policy decisions now haunting us, we have a stack naming discrepancy where the wiki will list the stack name as csiro-asl-ros-pkg. We're still deciding on the best way to proceed.
