Kaijen: Sure, anyone who wants to use laser range-finders with ROS.

Kaijen: Looks like it to me.

1. Do relevant usages have associated tutorials?

Kaijen: Yes.

1. Have all Packages in the Stack been API reviewed?

Kaijen: Looks like it.

1. Does the Stack conform to the StackDocumentation guidelines?

Kaijen: Roughly.

1. Are there Packages in the Stack that don't belong

Kaijen: No.

Concerns / issues

Kaijen: Looks pretty good to me. Hard to say exactly without actually trying out the packages. Appreciate the tutorials.

kwc: looks good to me as well. Fixed some minor formatting issues
